relaunched its website to provide quick navigation services to help consumers
access more information.
The improved user
friendly website, www.yellowpageskenya.co.ke ,aims to encourage users to find
fresh and relevant information on various categories. Places to be, popular
category articles, discover what you are missing and grow with us are a few of
the categories that have been introduced on the new website.
Speaking during
the launch of the new website, Yellow Pages Chief Executive Pedro Gomes said
that with the new feature enhancements, the redesigned website will help
improve user experience for the current millions of its customers who search
for contacts.
“The new website
homepage provides more information at a glance as compared to the previous
website, allowing users to instantly find what they are looking for. Client
research page is also more friendly, organized and less scattered, “said Gomes.
In an effort to
also grow its contact listings, Yellow Pages has also partnered with Kenya
Chamber of Commerce, Nairobi City council among other organization to provide
comprehensive contact resources to consumers.
The partnerships are committed to understanding the growth of SME’s and
creating access to information on different business enterprises.
“We have a
dedicated team which will constantly update contacts. On average, over 1000 new
contacts are included daily in our directories to ensure that we provide our
consumers with greater rich choice. Users can get contacts, opening-closing
hours, product-services among other services and products of any organization,”
said Gomes.
The launch of the
Yellow Pages website took place at the same day and time as other African
countries including Mozambique, Angola, Cape Verde, and Sao tome among other
countries.
